Our story

Three generations,
one kitchen.

From a Cypriot dairy floor to international wholesale. The chapters that got us here, told plainly.

Chapter one · Heritage

Three generations of milk and salt.

Our family has worked Cypriot land for as long as anyone remembers — animal breeders, shepherds, cheesemakers. The methods didn't get written down because nobody needed to write them down. They were the way you did things, and the way your grandmother had done them, and the way you would teach your own children.

Chapter two · Maria

The grandmother who set the standard.

Maria turned milk into halloumi by hand, in small batches, with nothing more added than salt and time. She didn't run a brand. She ran a kitchen. The food we sell today is measured against what came out of that kitchen — the texture, the salt, the way it squeaks against the teeth.

Chapter three · Today

Same recipes, wider table.

Agromax was registered in 2018 to bring those recipes — and the partner products around them — to kitchens beyond the island. We source directly from selected Cypriot farms and cooperatives, then ship anywhere a kitchen calls for the real thing.
